Tyler Coconut Pie
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Freshly grated coconut/Flaked coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|8 inch baked pastry shell||1|
In mixing bowl combine beaten eggs, sugar, and butter; beat well.
Stir in Coconut, light cream, and vanilla Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 350° till knife inserted off-center comes out clean, 45 to 60 minutes.
