Canadian Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch baked pastry shell 1
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 2 Teaspoon
  Canned cooked pumpkin 1 Pound (1 Pound Can, 2 Cups)
  Evaporated milk 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can Or 1 2/3 Cup)
Directions

Prepare and cook pastry shell as directed .
In mixing bowl or blender, combine remaining ingredients, beating until well mixed.
Pour into pastry shell.
Cook uncovered, 4 minutes or until edges just begin to set.
Carefully stir to move cooked portion from edge to center.
Cook uncovered, 6 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool.
