Peach Mince Pie

Ingredients
  Pastry for a double crust 9 inch pie 1
  Prepared mincemeat 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Canned sliced peaches 1 Pound, drained (1 Can Or 2 Cups)
Directions

Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
Fill with a mixture of the mincemeat and peaches.
Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam; seal.
Brush crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 45 minutes or till crust is browned.
