Peach Mince Pie
|Pastry for a double crust 9 inch pie||1|
|Prepared mincemeat||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Canned sliced peaches||1 Pound, drained (1 Can Or 2 Cups)|
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
Fill with a mixture of the mincemeat and peaches.
Adjust top crust, cutting slits for escape of steam; seal.
Brush crust with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 45 minutes or till crust is browned.
