Sliced Pear Pie

Ingredients
  Pastry 1 (For 9 Inch Lattice Top Pie)
  Fresh pear 5 , pared and sliced
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Shredded lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare pastry.
Toss together the pears, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, lemon peel and juice.
Arrange in pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Adjust lattice top; seal and flute edge.
Cover edge of pie with foil.
Bake at 425° about 35 minutes, removing foil after 25 minutes.
