Ingredients
  Graham cracker crust 1
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Pound (Any Kind)
  Jeweled fruit glaze 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

1. Prepare a 9-inch pie plate, using graham CRACKER CRUST.
2. Combine water, dry milk powder, sugar, eggs, salt, lemon juice, vanilla, flour and cottage cheese in container of an electric blender; whirl until smooth. (Or you may sieve cheese into a bowl, add remaining ingredients, then beat with a rotary beater until smooth.) Pour into prepared crust.
3. Bake in very slow oven (250°) for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave pie in oven for 1 hour longer, then remove from oven; cool.
4. Top the cooled pie with jeweled fruit glaze. Chill until glaze is set.
