Clam Potato And Bacon Pot Pie

|Unsalted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped fine|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shucked hard shelled clams||1 Pint, chopped coarse, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquor|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a kettle cook the bacon over moderately low heat until it is crisp.
Transfer it with tongs to paper towels to drain.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat, add the butter, and in the fat cook the onion, stirring occasionally, until it is softened a
