Clam Potato And Bacon Pot Pie

Ingredients
  Lean bacon slice 6
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped fine
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shucked hard shelled clams 1 Pint, chopped coarse, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquor
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
