Ice Cream Crunch Pie
|Crushed ginger biscuits||350 Gram|
|Chocolate||300 Gram (3 Slabs Plain / 3 Squares Cooking Chocolate)|
|Chopped walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||700 Gram|
|Chocolate sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Combine butter and chocolate (broken into pieces) in the top of a double boiler.
Cook over boiling water until chocolate melts.
Add biscuit crumbs and mix well.
Pat the mixture on the sides and bottom of an oil greased pie dish.
To harden, chill for two hours.
Just before serving, place scoops of ice-cream in the chilled pie crust; pour some chocolate sauce over it and sprinkle nuts.
