|Flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Shortening||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening until mixture is uniformly coarse.
Combine egg, vinegar, and water; gradually add to flour mixture, stirring until mixture forms a ball.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll dough out on a floured surface; cut into circles; and pack in plastic freezer bags, or place in pie plates and pack in plastic freezer bags.
