|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Combine berries, sugar, flour, lemon peel, and salt.
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry; pour in filling.
Drizzle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
Adjust top crust cutting slits for escape of steam; seal.
Bake in hot oven (400°) 35 to 40 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar and few fresh berries.
