Double Peanut Pie
|Creamy peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dark corn syrup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Salted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|9 inch unbaked pastry shell||1|
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs; gradually add peanut butter, sugar, corn syrups, butter and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in peanuts.
Pour into the crust.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until set.
