Glenwood Plantation Sherry Pie

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sherry wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg yolks 4
Directions

When the mixture cools, fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour over the macaroons.
Spread with whipped cream and garnish with almonds.
Cool in refrigerator before serving.
