Spicy Pumpkin Pie
|Canned pumpkin||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Slightly beaten eggs||2|
|Evaporated milk||13 Ounce (1 Can)|
|9 inch unbaked pastry shell||1|
Thoroughly combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
Blend in eggs & evaporated milk.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell (have edges crimped high as filling is generous).
Bake in hot oven 400° for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
