Strawberry Glazed Pie

Ingredients
  Pie shell 9 Inch, baked
  Fresh strawberries 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened
Directions

Bake pie shell.
Cool.
Mash enough berries to measure 1 cup.
Mix sugar and cornstarch; stir in water and crushed berries.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Cool.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; spread on bottom of pie shell.
Fill shell with remaining whole berries; pour cooked berry mixture over top.
Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
