Gourmet Salmon Pie

Ingredients
  Frozen cut asparagus 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned salmon 1 Pound, drained, flaked and boned (1 Can)
  Finely chopped cucumber 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream with chives 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄16 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook asparagus as directed on package; drain.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, parsley and salt.
Add salmon and asparagus.
Stir only until blended.
Pour into prepared Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Prepare Topping.
Spread Topping around edge of baked pie.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
