Gourmet Salmon Pie
|Frozen cut asparagus||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned salmon||1 Pound, drained, flaked and boned (1 Can)|
|Finely chopped cucumber||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sour cream with chives||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
Cook asparagus as directed on package; drain.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, parsley and salt.
Add salmon and asparagus.
Stir only until blended.
Pour into prepared Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread Topping around edge of baked pie.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
