Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch baked pastry shell 1
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice from concentrate 3 Tablespoon
  Strawberry flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (One 4 Serving Size Package)
  Strawberries 1 Quart, cleaned and hulled
Directions

In medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; add water and brand.
Over high heat, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cook, stirring occasionally, until slighdy thickened and clear, 4 to 5 minutes.
Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Chill until thickened but not set, about 1 hour.
Stir in strawberries; spoon into prepared pastry shell.
Chill 4 to 6 hours or until set.
Refrigerate leftovers.
