Chicken Party Pie

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked cubed chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise until well blended.
(If necessary, use rotary beater and beat slightly to remove lumps.
Do not beat to frothy stage.) Chill until thickened but not set (about 45 minutes).
Add onion salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in chicken, green pepper, ripe olives and pimiento.
Chill until mixture is thickened.
Pour into Baked Pastry Shell.
Garnish with strips of green pepper and pimiento, if desired.
Chill until firm.
