Sour Cream Plum Pie

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned purple plums 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Slightly beaten egg 1 , beaten
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped california walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cream first 2 ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Blend into creamed mixture till crumbly.
Press in 9-inch pic plate.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Pit and halve plums; arrange skin side down over crust.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Spread over plums.
Bake 5 to 6 minutes or till set.
