Spiced Pumpkin Pie Spread
|Reduced fat cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Canned solid pack pumpkin||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pumpkin pie spice||2 Teaspoon|
|Miniature marshmallows||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Apple||2 , cut into wedges (Red / Green)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add pumpkin, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice; mix well.
Spoon mixture into an oven proof ramekin or small casserole; top with marshmallows and pecans.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are light golden brown.
Cut apples into wedges.
