Yogurt Cheese Pie
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dates||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (pitted)|
|Safflower oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Plain yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Dates||6 , cut up|
1. Put the oats and pitted dates through the fine blade of a food grinder. Mix with the oil and press into an 8-inch pie plate to make a pie shell.
2. Beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and honey until very smooth. Stir in the cut-up dates and pour into the pie shell. Refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, before serving.
