Thanksgiving Leftovers Pot Pie
|Leftover turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||16 Ounce, thawed (1 Bag)|
|Gravy||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen pie shells||2 , thawed|
|Stuffing||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet heat turkey, vegetables and gravy together.
Divide the mixture in half and place each half in a pie shell.
Top each pot pie with stuffing.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Gravy and stuffing amounts will vary according to how moist you like your pot pie and how thick of a crust you like.
