1 (Lightly Beaten)
2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked And Mashed)
Unbaked pie shell
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
2 Tablespoon (Melted)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Stir in the sweet potatoes and pour into the pie shell. Combine the glaze ingredients except the pecans. Drizzle the glaze over the pie. Top with the pecan halves. Cover the edges of the pie crust with foil. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
