Honey Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  Basic rolled pie crust 1 (9-inch, prepared in advance but not baked)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), warmed
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1 Tablespoon
  Pecan halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cream butter until light.
Beat in eggs, honey, and milk.
Add vanilla and flour and mix thoroughly.
Put pecans into pie shell, pour custard over all and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
