Apple Pear Crumb Pie
|9 inch unbaked pie shell||1|
|Diced peeled apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pears||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs), drained and sliced|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Crumb topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine apples, pears, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, raisins and lemon juice; mix well.
Turn into pie shell.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with Crumb Topping.
Bake in 450° oven 10 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking at 350° 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
