Quick Pudding Pie
|Unbaked pie shell||1 (Homemade/Store Bought)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°.
With fork tines, prick many holes in the bottom and sides of the pie shell.
Bake pie shell until crispy and golden.
Remove from oven and cool.
Follow directions to prepare sugar-free pudding of your choice.
If you are using pudding that must be cooked, add the nuts toward the end of the cooking time and let the pudding cool.
Spoon the pudding into the cooled pie shell.
Cover tightly so that a skin does not form on the pudding.
Refrigerate and chill 3 hours or overnight.
