Garlic Shepherd S Pie

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Frozen baby beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Beef gravy 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Roasted garlic mashed potatoes 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Package)
  Hot water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Shredded parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350° Cook beef and onion in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain well. Stir in frozen vegetables, mushrooms, tomatoes, gravy, chili sauce, basil and pepper. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Cook potatoes as directed on package for 4 servings, using 1 pouch Potatoes and Seasoning, hot water, milk and butter. Let stand 5 minutes.
3. Spoon beef mixture into ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches, or 2-quart casserole. Spoon potatoes onto beef mixture around edge of dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are firm and beef mixture is bubbly
