Turkey Pot Pie
|Diced cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced cooked carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cooked cut green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Refrigerated biscuits||5 (Ready To Bake, 1 Package)|
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Toss turkey with flour in plastic bag. Set aside.
3. In frying pan, cook onions and celery with thyme and pepper in margarine until tender.
4. Add carrots, water, soup, green beans, and turkey. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
5. Split biscuits in half and place on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
