Quick Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Apples 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), sliced (peeled)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Prepare Quick Pastry.
Combine apples, sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Turn into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake in 375° oven 10 minutes.
Pour cream over all.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until apples are tender
