Mr. & Mrs. Foster s Yogurt Pie
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs) (DANONE)|
|Neufchatel cheese||8 Ounce (Room Temperature)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (Room Temperature)|
|Clover honey||1 Tablespoon|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumb shell||1|
Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve over hot water.
Add milk to the slightly beaten egg yolks and cook with the gelatin over gently boiling water until it coats a silver spoon.
Set aside to cool.
Cream the cheese, vanilla, molasses and honey together (if mixing machine used-cream on low speed only), add one cup of Dannon Yogurt and continue to cream until smooth.
Pour the cold gelatin mixture slowly over the cheese, stirring constantly.
Add the second cup of Dannon Yogurt.
Pour into baked graham cracker crumb shell and chill until firm.
