Cheddar Cheese Pie
|Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell||1 , chilled|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco pepper sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Bake pastry shell in 450°F.
oven until light brown, about 10 minutes.
Beat together eggs, cream, milk, salt, and Tabasco sauce.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of pastry shell.
Pour in cream mixture.
Bake in 325°F.oven 45 minutes, or until tip of knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into wedges.
