Spinach Cheese Pie
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Polly-O, Parmesan And Romano)|
|Ricotta||2 Pound (1 Container, Polly-O)|
|Ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|8 inch baked pie crust||1|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly but do not cook.
Combine spinach with next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Turn mixture into pie crust and bake about 30 minutes, or until set in the center.
Serve hot or cold.
Diced ham, prosciutto, or crumbled bacon may be added to spinach.
