Neapolitan Egg Pie
|9 inch pastry crust||1|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flaked cooked whitefish||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
Beat eggs and milk together until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Spoon into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 425°F.oven until browned, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into wedges
