Neapolitan Egg Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch pastry crust 1
  Eggs 4
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flaked cooked whitefish 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
Beat eggs and milk together until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Spoon into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in a preheated 425°F.oven until browned, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into wedges
