Cranberry Lattice Pie
|Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie||1|
|Canned whole cranberry sauce||2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Start heating oven to 425°F.
Line 9" pie plate with pastry.
Roll out top crust; cut into strips for lattice top.
Combine cranberry sauce, butter, and sugar; spoon into lined pie plate; arrange lattice crust on top, making Fluted Edge.
Bake 30 to 40 min., or until golden.
