Ingredients
  Peaches 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (30% thin)
Directions

Slice peaches in a pastry-lined pan.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over peaches.
Bake at 400° for 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is nicely brown and filling is set.
