Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cocoa 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baked pie crust 1
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Filling: In a saucepan, mix together sugar, egg, salt, cocoa and flour.
Add milk and vanilla.
Cook until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Meringue: Beat egg whites until frothy.
Gradually add sugar, then vanilla and salt.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Spread over pie, sealing edges.
Bake in oven until brown.
