Strawberry-Glazed Cheese Pie

|Large curd cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), sieved|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Strawberry glaze||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Prepare Graham Cracker Crust.
In large mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except Strawberry Glaze; beat thoroughly.
Spoon into Graham Cracker Crust.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool, then top with Strawberry Glaze.
