Fish Pie

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs), flaked
  Cooked peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
Directions

Melt butter; add flour and salt and brown.
With a wire whisk, beat in milk; heat and stir with whisk until creamy.
Add fish, peas, onion, and green pepper; heat through and turn into greased baking dish.
Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake in a 375° oven for 12 minutes.
