Ground Cherry Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch rolled pie crust 1 , prepared in advance but not baked (Basic)
  Husked ground cherries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), warmed
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 42.5° F Put ground-cherries into unbaked pie shell.
Beat eggs, add salt, honey, flour, milk, and vanilla.
Pour over cherries and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° F. and bake for about 30 minutes longer, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
