Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Add cheese and butter to the flour and toss together gently to form dough.
Chill.
When ready to use, press into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
