Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs), presifted
  Shortening 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Put flour in mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Beat egg, vinegar and water.
Add to flour mixture and mix lightly with fork until dough cleans sides of bowl.
This makes a wonderful crust.
