Raisin Butterscotch Pie
|Instant vanilla pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant butterscotch pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsifted flour||32 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Banana||1 Medium, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces|
|9 inch baked pastry shell||1|
|Frozen whipped topping||1 Tablespoon, thawed|
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mixes and milk; beat until thick, about 3 minutes.
Fold in sour cream; stir in raisins.
Place banana slices in pastry shell; top with pudding mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with whipped topping.
