Salmon Macaroni Pie
|Macaroni in cheese sauce||30 Ounce (Two 15 Ounce Cans)|
|Canned salmon||16 Ounce, drained, bones and skin removed, and broken into chunks (1 Can)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp american cheese||4 Ounce|
In large bowl stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded American cheese, and salt.
Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch oven-going skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till set in center, 40 to 45 minutes.
Cut in wedges or squares; garnish each serving with a parsley sprig, if desired.
