Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Firm tofu 3⁄4 Pound
  Pureed pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked or baked
  Honey/Maple syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sorghum/Cane molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated nutmeg 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unbaked piecrust 1 (sweet)
  Cashew whipped cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Blend ingredients for filling until smooth and creamy in a blender or food processor.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour.
Chill and serve with Cashew Whipped Cream.
