Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 7 Ounce (6-7 Ounce Package)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cream-style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Romano cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound (For Making Meat Filling)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Making Meat Filling)
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Making Meat Filling)
  Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (For Making Meat Filling)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Making Meat Filling)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook spaghetti according to directions and drain.
Combine spaghetti, butter or margarine, eggs, Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese.
Press into a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
Prepare Meat Filling.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
Fill crust with Meat Filling and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes
