  Frozen carrots 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen green beans 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned mushroom soup 10 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fresh sliced mushrooms 8
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hot mashed potatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Precook frozen vegetables.
Heat salad oil in hot browning dish or conventional range.
Dredge lamb in flour; sear in hot dish.
In 2 qt glass casserole, combine lamb, soup, mushrooms, onions, carrots and green beans.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Blend evenly.
Put mashed potatoes over.
Microwave (high), covered, 4-5 minutes.
Pour butter over potatoes.
Microwave (high) 4-6 minutes, uncovered, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
