Cool Strawberry Pie
|Pastry shell||1 , baked|
|Sugar free strawberry gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Quart, rinsed and hulled|
Prepare gelatin as directed on package.
Cool until gelatin resembles a thick syrup.
Arrange strawberries in the pastry shell.
Spoon thickened gelatin over the top.
Refrigerate until thoroughly set.
