Chocolate Brandy Pecan Pie
|Pastry shell||1 , baked|
|Chocolate flavored sugar free pudding mix||3 Ounce, flavored|
|Skim milk||1 Quart|
|Vanilla flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pecan halves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine chocolate pudding mix and milk in a saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat; then stir in brandy and vanilla flavoring.
Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Transfer to pastry shell.
Decorate with pecan halves.
