Cottage Cheese Pie
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Packet)|
|Hot milk||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Sugar||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Cottage cheese||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
|Graham cracker pie crust||1|
– In a blender, mix lemon juice, egg yolks and gelatin at high speed for a few seconds. Gradually pour in hot milk and sugar and blend for about 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved. Reduce speed. Add cottage cheese gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
– Garnish with fruit, nuts, or bits of chocolate.
