Frozen Raspberry Pie Filling
|Sugar free reduced fat vanilla ice cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raspberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared pie crust||1|
Allow the ice cream to soften at room temperature for approximately an hour; add the raspberries and process until smooth in a food processor.
Pour into a pie crust shell.
Allow the pie to soften for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
