Frozen Raspberry Pie Filling

Ingredients
  Sugar free reduced fat vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared pie crust 1
Directions

Allow the ice cream to soften at room temperature for approximately an hour; add the raspberries and process until smooth in a food processor.
Pour into a pie crust shell.
Freeze.
Allow the pie to soften for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
