Peach Blueberry Pie
|Pastry shell||1 , baked|
|Vanilla flavored sugar free pudding mix||1 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Almond flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced fresh peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Fresh blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), cleaned|
Prepare vanilla pudding mix as directed on package for pie, adding the almond flavoring.
Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pour filling into prepared pastry shell.
Chill until set.
Just before serving, sprinkle peaches with lemon juice.
Arrange peaches and blueberries on pie.
