No Roll Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blueberry pie filling 1 Can (10 oz) (1 lb. 5 oz)
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In saucepan, melt butter with 1 tablespoon sugar over low heat.
Add 1 cup flour and stir until mixture forms a ball.
Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan; form a slight edge.
Pour pie filling into pie shell.
Spoon topping evenly over blue berry pie filling in pie.
Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Cool.
If desired, garnish with whipped cream.
Topping: In small mixer bowl, beat egg with 1/2 cup sugar.
Add flour and milk, blend until smooth.
